I'm sure the recession has affected me as it has most people....my hours at work have been cut drastically (down to 10 hours/wk), my in-home businesses are producing many sales because people are spending their money on bills such as their mortgages & car payments, etc. I am in such bad shape financially right now and it has put me in a severe state of depression and it is affecting my family so bad and I have a 6 month old and an 8 yr old whose birthday party is next weekend and I don't know how I'm going to be able to finish getting the things I need to for her little sleepover I promised her months ago and also to get her a couple of small gifts.
